Sentimental Sundays DT post: It's a BUGGY bug world!!! - my first shaker card

When I made this card, I had in mind who it was going to be for....

isn't she a real cutie? perfect for this card!

I really wanted to make a shaker card. I've never made one before, but I'm very eager to learn! and I thought Lily-May would really like it, something different!!!!

After watching lots and lots of You Tube tutorials... I kind of got the idea...

and apart from a few stubborn little beads that got stuck every time I shook the card and made my head in... I'm happy with the result! In the future I might do more, I think it would be great as a baby card due to the rattle noise...

The papers I used are from Fancy Pants Designs "Beach Babe" and a piece of scrap.

I coloured Little BeeBee with my Promarkers.

I used: Sandstone, Buttermilk, Vanilla, Almond, blossom, lavender, mustard, tulip yellow and Antique Pink.

I added some glitter to the wings for a bit of Sparkle!

I created the Sentiment on my computer.

The ribbon, flower and heart button have been in my stash forever.. I'm pretty sure they are from local shops.

The beads are from Hobbycraft and I got the wooden Ladybird in Spain while on holiday.
